The Student Medical Club at the College of Medicine, Al-Ameed University, successfully concluded a pioneering and distinguished program in the field of Clinical Monitoring, in collaboration with Al-Kafeel Specialized Hospital. The program engaged 64 students from the college, divided into two groups of 32 participants each.
The specialized training stations within the hospital covered various critical units, including Nursing Stations, Intensive Care Units (ICU), Operating Rooms, Dialysis Units, Nuclear Medicine, Emergency Departments, Quality Control Units, and Infection Control Units.
The program aimed to enhance the students’ practical competencies, enabling them to explore real medical environments and engage directly with clinical cases across different specialties. This initiative significantly contributed to refining their clinical skills and preparing them for the medical job market.
This program is part of a series of scientific and training activities organized by the Student Medical Club, in coordination with the College of Medicine’s administration, aimed at elevating students’ competencies and enhancing their clinical proficiency in alignment with the highest educational and medical standards.
